Enabling non-profits and communities

to develop and own

sustainable affordable housing and energy projects

Front Door Development partners with mission-oriented organizations including non-profits, government agencies, Public Housing Authorities, and socially responsible companies to develop affordable housing and renewable energy projects. Our work also includes improving affordable housing energy efficiency and maximizing incentive funding opportunities related to energy savings, decarbonization and electrification.

By providing project financial structuring and development consulting services as well as niche funding program expertise, Front Door Development enables communities to develop and own their own housing and energy infrastructure.
