AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Affordable housing is created by accessing favorable financing and leveraging public and private resources.

 

In partnership with mission-oriented organizations and communities, Front Door Development assesses feasibility, acquires funding, and manages the development process for new construction and rehabilitation affordable housing projects including projects supported by Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Project-Based Vouchers, and Public Housing repositioning programs. We strategize and execute projects to accomplish local housing goals within the framework, opportunities, and contraints of current affordable housing funding programs.
